Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Phone Transfer Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to Discover Card Holders with past due balances
• Update contact information and review scripted disclosures during calls
• Transfer card holders to account specialists for further assistance

Required Qualifications

• Students must be patient communicators comfortable speaking over the phone
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility during school breaks
• Professional demeanor including punctuality and receptiveness to feedback
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Must maintain a PCI compliant workspace with a reliable internet connection
