Outbound Planner

Job Summary

Managing customer order flow, the full-time Outbound Planner will oversee order processing, aging management, and logistics support while working onsite in either Romeoville, Illinois, or Elko, Nevada.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, manage suspended orders, and resolve order issues
• Handle aging management by addressing allocation problems and reviewing outstanding orders
• Review and resolve Logistics Process and Support tickets related to order expediting and shipment discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years' experience in order processing, distribution, supply chain, and customer service
• Experience managing internal and/or external customer accounts
• Good working knowledge of international trade and freight processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Aurora, DI, and PowerBi is an advantage
