Outbound Planner

Job Summary

Managing customer order flow and addressing requests from the Sales Area, the full-time Outbound Planner will work from either Romeoville, Illinois, Elko, Nevada, or remotely, ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer order processing, including management of auto, mass, and manual release orders
• Resolve allocation and order issues, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding orders and LPS tickets
• Communicate weekly with internal and external customers regarding the status of open orders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years' experience in order processing, distribution, supply chain, and customer service
• Experience managing internal and/or external customer accounts
• Good working knowledge of international trade and freight processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
