Key responsibilities
- Own the onboarding process for new carriers, ensuring smooth execution from kickoff to go-live
- Design and implement product operations processes to improve project tracking and communication across teams
- Facilitate clarity between client needs and engineering capabilities, translating requirements effectively
Required qualifications
- Experience in product operations or technical project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to navigate technical discussions and client conversations with confidence
- Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional projects under timeline and stakeholder pressure
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining visibility and accountability in project management
- Capacity to quickly learn and articulate industry-specific knowledge, such as insurance concepts
