Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Development Representative to join their Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound prospecting using AI-powered tools to identify and engage high-fit prospects
  • Self-generate a pipeline of over $3MM annually by securing new qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and partner closely with Account Executives for opportunity handoff
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, with a preference for outbound sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation or quota targets
  • Hands-on experience or eagerness to learn AI prospecting tools like ZoomInfo Co-Pilot AI and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; results and drive are valued above all
