Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy, results-driven Outbound Sales Call Center Agent to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for performing a high volume of outbound sales calls, clarifying customer needs, and promoting new products and services while building positive relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance company image and satisfaction
• Document call notes and reports, updating the database as necessary

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center environments
• Proven cold-calling experience with strong objection-handling abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt communication to different personality types
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems
