Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy Outbound Sales Call Center Agent, the remote role will focus on performing a high volume of outbound sales calls to qualified leads, providing recommendations, and building positive customer relationships while offering competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and promote products
• Provide solutions and recommendations to customers, enhancing satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain accurate call notes and reports in the database while keeping up-to-date knowledge of products and services

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center environments
• Proven cold-calling experience with strong objection-handling abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
