Outbound Sales Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Outbound Renewal Sales Associate will place outbound calls to renew home service plans, promote product benefits, and assist with upselling current member contracts in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Place outbound telephone calls to renew home service plans
• Promote the benefits, coverage, and terms of products to potential customers
• Convert sales opportunities to assist with company monthly sales goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of sales experience required
• Knowledge of contract coverage, including systems and appliances
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
