Outbound Sales Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Outbound Sales Associate will manage communication with pending, no-show, and prospect accounts to reschedule installations, overcome objections, and process payments, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with pending and no-show accounts to reschedule installations primarily via phone
• Schedule initial installations for pending accounts and follow up on customer-provided lists in a timely manner
• Overcome objections and take payments from prospect accounts to secure business

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Strong motivation and desire to control own income
• Ability to navigate multiple technology systems efficiently
• Understanding of Microsoft applications, primarily Excel
