Job Summary
To drive successful outbound sales initiatives, the full-time Outbound Sales Campaign Manager will lead the execution of sales campaigns remotely, managing cross-functional collaboration and campaign performance analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end launch of outbound sales campaigns across multiple channels to secure client appointments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, success metrics, and coordinate campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and optimization
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or demand generation in a fast-paced environment
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including lead management and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while executing outbound sales campaigns
- Experience in SaaS, Financial Services, or complex B2C environments
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring campaign performance and sales efficiency
