Job Summary
To support a growing remote team, the Outbound Sales and Enrollment Coordinator will proactively engage prospective individuals through outbound calls to assess eligibility and drive enrollment into healthcare or public assistance programs while ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Engage members using a consultative approach to uncover needs and provide tailored solutions that drive enrollment
- Conduct outbound calls to verify eligibility and educate members on Medicaid benefits and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and meet performance metrics related to call volume and enrollment targets
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative sales, scheduling, or retention with a focus on objection handling
- Proven ability to initiate high-volume outbound calls and engage individuals effectively
- Strong attention to detail when collecting and documenting information
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet performance metrics in a fast-paced environment
