Job Summary
Driven and tech-savvy, the full-time Outbound Sales Development Representative will identify and engage new business opportunities remotely, focusing on demonstrating the value of a SaaS platform while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities
- Advising customers on potential solutions and providing ongoing support to build strong relationships
- Preparing outbound outreach campaigns and responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Identifying and contacting new leads through various channels, while conducting online platform demos
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using various technology platforms and tools
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks
- Experience giving online demos and working with diverse companies and industries
