Job Summary
Driven and tech-savvy, the full-time Outbound Sales Development Representative will identify and engage new business opportunities remotely, focusing on demonstrating the value of a SaaS Source Code Escrow platform while delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities
- Advising customers on solutions, providing ongoing support, and building strong relationships through excellent customer service
- Preparing outbound outreach campaigns and responding promptly to customer inquiries while conducting online platform demos
- Identifying, prospecting, and contacting new leads through various channels, and A/B testing approaches to optimize results
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools
- Experience conducting online demos and working with diverse companies and industries
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize to meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
