Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from business clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Use a CRM system to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate details and timely follow-ups
Required Qualifications
  • Self-motivated to achieve personal and team goals
  • Experience with cold calling (preferred)
  • Bilingual (a plus)
  • Must reside in specific locations: Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, Texas, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Oklahoma, or Iowa
  • Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge
