Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive - RCM Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through outbound outreach focused on RCM pain points
- Manage the full sales cycle independently, including outreach, qualification, and closing
- Track all sales activities and meet KPIs for lead volume and closed RCM deals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation, preferably in healthcare RCM
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales independently
- Experience selling to U.S. healthcare providers with knowledge of revenue cycle challenges
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM
- Highly organized and self-motivated in a metrics-driven remote environment
