Job Summary
To lead and scale the outbound sales division, the full-time Outbound Setter Manager will develop and execute engagement strategies, oversee team performance, and optimize AI-powered systems while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound lead engagement strategies to increase appointments and revenue
- Oversee AI-powered lead engagement systems and collaborate with tech teams to enhance automation and workflows
- Lead, coach, and develop outbound setters, ensuring accountability and performance standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Proven success managing outbound appointment setters or sales development teams
- Experience building and scaling outbound sales functions
- Strong understanding of CRM management and lead engagement strategies
- Demonstrated ability to improve performance through systems and coaching
- Experience in high-volume, high-performance sales environments
