Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative for a Friday-Monday shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads daily using an outbound auto-dialer and follow a consultative selling approach
• Complete applications, pull credit, and collaborate with underwriting teams for a smooth enrollment process
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of successful call center sales experience
• Ability to work a consistent 4x10 schedule, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience making outbound calls to warm leads
• Strong understanding of a consultative sales process with a track record of exceeding sales goals
