Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to drive sales and improve customer retention through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100-150 outbound calls daily to existing customers and identify their needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while tracking performance metrics in CRM systems
  • Build trust with customers through relationship-driven selling and educate them on product value
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Customer Support, or phone-based sales with proven impact on growth
  • Experience in sales or revenue-generating roles, preferably in B2C environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong technical aptitude
  • 1+ year of remote work experience in a self-managed environment
  • Technical setup with minimum internet speed requirements for remote work
