Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Outbound Sales Representative will engage in targeted prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building with C-level executives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and research high-potential companies and decision-makers across the EMEA region to build target lists
  • Proactively initiate contact with prospects through cold calling and tailored email campaigns to establish a robust sales pipeline
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and educate them on the benefits of global hiring solutions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or international relations
  • 2-4 years of experience in an outbound sales role with a track record of meeting quotas
  • Proficiency in modern outbound sales strategies, including cold calling and social selling techniques
