Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

Generating sales through outbound cold calling, the full-time Outbound Sales Representative will facilitate the sale of Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up, targeting new and existing customers
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and customer experience metrics
• Manage customer interactions and maintain a prospect database for effective pipeline management

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales
• Experience with outbound sales and lead generation techniques
• Strong understanding of business applications and customer needs
• Wireless sales experience is preferred
