Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

Proactively reaching out to senior adults, the fully remote Outbound Sales Representative will initiate customer outreach, facilitate onboarding, and manage churn escalations while striving to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote products and services to potential customers
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with senior adults by understanding their needs and preferences
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in outbound sales with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Experience working with senior adults or in a similar demographic is highly desirable
• Comfort with technology and learning new programs and systems
• Must be 18 years of age or older
