Outbound Sales Representative - Residential

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative-Residential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the system

Required Qualifications:

• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center preferred
• Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
• 3-6 months of related experience and/or training preferred
• Associates degree or higher preferred
