Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assist families in their search for senior living communities
• Provide referrals, schedule tours, and offer support throughout the decision-making process
• Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers

Required Qualifications

• Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task, including talking on the phone and taking notes simultaneously
• Ability to manage a large lead base through intensive follow-up
• No senior living industry experience required
