Outbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Outbound Sales Specialist to drive new business and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase sales and revenue by making calls to current, lapsed, and prospective customers
• Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up calls are made
• Identify and qualify leads to create a robust sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams for customer success

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in setting appointments
• Ability to be persuasive and handle objections/rejections
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Preferred experience with Customer Service Software such as Service Titan
