Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to engage eligible members, making 100+ calls per day
  • Drive member activation and enrollment by articulating the value of services and addressing concerns
  • Document conversations and manage follow-up activities to close enrollment opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience required
  • Proven success in high-volume outbound calling
  • Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Comfortable working toward individual performance targets
  • Strong persuasive and consultative communication skills
