Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to drive member engagement and enrollment in the 2nd.MD Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calling to engage eligible members, making 100+ calls per day
- Drive member activation and enrollment by articulating the value of services and addressing concerns
- Document conversations and manage follow-up activities to close enrollment opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Proven success in high-volume outbound calling
- Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Comfortable working toward individual performance targets
- Strong persuasive and consultative communication skills
