Outbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to work in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to digital leads and manage the pipeline of leads
• Provide outstanding service to customers and document all inquiries and interactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department success and maintain a positive company image

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service and/or call center experience required; sales experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM and sales center tools is beneficial
• Must be able to work under normal office conditions, including sitting for extended durations
