Job Summary

Experienced outbound sales professionals will find a remote contract opportunity as a Host Acquisition Specialist, responsible for converting prospective hosts into active signups through sustained outreach across various communication channels while supporting their early success on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Work the provided lead list across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom to secure responses and drive signups
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, handling objections and articulating the value proposition effectively
• Support newly activated hosts through the setup process and their initial bookings to ensure early success on the platform

Required qualifications

• Native-level English fluency (written and spoken)
• 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or a similar high-volume role
• Strong closing orientation with a proven track record in driving prospects to commit
• Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
