Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the remote Outbound Sales Specialist will engage in strategic prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification for Mid-Market clients on a 6-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-potential Mid-Market leads through various channels
- Engage decision-makers via cold calls and personalized email outreach to set up meetings
- Track and update lead statuses in the CRM while contributing insights for marketing and sales teams
Required qualifications
- Experience in strategic prospecting and lead generation for Mid-Market clients
- Proficiency in cold calling and outbound email communication
- Strong skills in lead qualification using predefined criteria
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking interactions and outcomes
- Awareness of market intelligence and industry trends relevant to financial management
