Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Small & Medium Business Direct Sales - Outbound.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of outbound telesales representatives to achieve sales quotas
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM software usage and conduct performance reviews
• Handle escalated customer calls and conduct team meetings to improve skills and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in coaching and developing sales teams
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
