Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Outbound Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to welcome new policyholders and assist with policy-related inquiries
Utilize CRM to collect premiums and activate Life Insurance policies
Make outbound calls to warm up internet-generated leads for the Sales Team

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
Preferred licensing in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance
1+ years of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
Familiarity with insurance operations is desired
