Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred
• Proficient in using AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in relevant tools (e.g., Zoom Workplace, Excel, Jira, Slack, Notion)
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
