Outbound Systems Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing outbound strategy, the full-time Outbound Systems Architect will manage and optimize high-volume email infrastructure, ensuring deliverability and performance for over 500K monthly emails across multiple client accounts, while working remotely or from New York or San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Own system-wide outbound performance and output guarantees, proactively diagnosing and fixing deliverability issues
• Design, maintain, and scale the backend domain and sending architecture to support significant account growth
• Build a systematic testing engine for campaign experimentation to maximize positive reply rates

Required qualifications

• Experience managing complex cold email environments at scale (100K+ emails/month)
• Proven expertise in data enrichment and programmatic personalization workflows
• Strong understanding of outbound infrastructure, including domain security and deliverability maintenance
• Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to identify performance issues proactively
• Comfortable operating within strict enterprise brand guidelines and compliance operations
