Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Technical Support Representative - Part-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer issues are diagnosed and addressed promptly
• Interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot and mitigate data delivery issues
• Document troubleshooting steps taken and escalate customer issues when appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technical tools
• Strong and reliable internet access from home
• Familiarity executing Python scripts
• Knowledge of MongoDB and ability to execute find commands
• Availability to work part-time hours during EST business hours
