Job Summary
Outbound Technical Support Representative, seeking a part-time remote individual to support hospital customers by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting data delivery problems, and documenting steps taken.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and address customer issues promptly
- Interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot data delivery issues
- Document troubleshooting steps and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with technical tools
- Strong and reliable internet access from home
- Familiarity with executing Python scripts
- Knowledge of MongoDB and ability to execute find commands
- Availability to work part-time during EST business hours
