Outbound Technical Support Representative, seeking a part-time remote individual to support hospital customers by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting data delivery problems, and documenting steps taken.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and address customer issues promptly
  • Interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot data delivery issues
  • Document troubleshooting steps and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with technical tools
  • Strong and reliable internet access from home
  • Familiarity with executing Python scripts
  • Knowledge of MongoDB and ability to execute find commands
  • Availability to work part-time during EST business hours
