Outbound Telesales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Telesales Agent-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to medical offices using provided leads to offer products and services
• Demonstrate software via video conferencing and document call activities accurately
• Answer incoming calls and escalate complex issues to management as necessary

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of call center experience with automatic dialers
• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; higher degrees are advantageous
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a 7-year background check
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Intermediate data-capture, typing, grammar, and spelling skills
