Outbound Telesales Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Outbound Telesales Agent, the candidate will make outbound calls to medical offices to promote services, document call activities, and respond to inbound inquiries while utilizing provided leads and following training protocols.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads to offer products and services
• Demonstrate software through video conferencing and overcome objections to persuade clients to sign up
• Document all call activities accurately in the client data systems and escalate complex issues to management when necessary

Required qualifications:

• At least 1 year of call center experience, particularly with automatic dialers
• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; higher degrees are advantageous
• Strong tele-sales techniques and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with leadership
• Must pass a 7-year background check and be at least 18 years old
