Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Wine Advisor - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to current customers to advise them on the wine portfolio
Maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products
Document and update customer records based on interactions

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
High school diploma required; college education preferred
Experience supporting luxury brand products and services
Experience with CRM and ACD tools
Ability to participate in remote training sessions with 100% attendance
