Outcomes Associate

Job Summary

To support the employment outcomes of Jordanian tech talents, the full-time Outcomes Associate will engage with employers, develop partnerships, and provide placement support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies and organizations to facilitate graduate employment
• Track and monitor graduate progress to ensure successful job placements and career advancements
• Build relationships within Jordan's startup ecosystem to create opportunities for graduates to connect with industry professionals

Required qualifications

• Jordanian National
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Technology, Economics, or a related field
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, employer engagement, or workforce development
• Strong understanding of Jordan's labor market and technology ecosystem
