Outcomes Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outcomes Manager responsible for tracking and reporting educational outcomes in accredited medical education activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business development and clinical leads to create effective outcomes plans for grant submissions
• Track and analyze outcomes data for approved grants and develop reports in collaboration with program managers
• Lead biweekly outcomes meetings and ensure compliance with required documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in continuing medical education for funded programs
• Ability to interpret and narrate big data, including preparing presentations
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical space
• Experience applying statistical tools to analyze and interpret educational outcomes
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
