Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outcomes Manager - Milling.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-manage HD pilot planning, execution, and evaluation with the Customer Success team
• Develop mill-specific onboarding and training content in partnership with Customer Success
• Track and interpret key performance indicators within milling operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agriculture, feed manufacturing, ag-tech, or supply-chain analytics
• Strong analytical capability to translate operational data into actionable insights
• Background working with milling operations, ingredient flow, or ag-supply-chain processes
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
