Outcomes Researcher

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical research initiative, the full-time remote Associate Principal - Outcomes Researcher will lead the design of outcomes measurement frameworks, manage the peer-reviewed publication pipeline, and translate clinical findings into actionable evidence for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own outcomes measurement frameworks to assess clinical improvement and productivity across the platform
• Lead original research studies and co-author publications with external academic partners to enhance research credibility
• Translate research findings into evidence assets for enterprise buyers and support cross-functional teams with evidence strategy

Required qualifications

• PhD in Clinical Psychology, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Behavioral Science, or related field
• 5-8 years of postdoctoral or industry research experience in digital health or managed behavioral health
• Demonstrated peer-reviewed publication record in mental health or health outcomes research
• Fluency in longitudinal data analysis and proficiency in at least one statistical platform (e.g., R, Python, SPSS)
• Experience designing and running IRB-approved studies using real-world or platform data
