Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling teams and ensure efficient access to services and compliance with system access policies

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with three years of healthcare experience and two years of supervisory experience; or an Associate's degree with seven years of healthcare experience and one year of supervisory experience
  • Five years of experience in practice access, clinical integration, call center, or related fields
