Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient CDI Project Leader to oversee outpatient documentation improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and evaluate project results while ensuring quality and profitability
• Manage client expectations and deliverables through regular communication and alignment
• Provide mentoring and training to staff and identify new opportunities for client engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and active credential from ACDIS, AHIMA, or AAPC
• Subject matter expertise in Outpatient CDI within a consulting environment
• Proven foundational consulting skills with strong industry knowledge in mid-revenue cycle operations
• Experience in OP/Profee coding knowledge and risk adjustment methodologies
• Strong clinical background and understanding of value-based care initiatives
