Outpatient Pharmacy Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst - Outpatient Pharmacy Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate clinical, financial, and operational data to assist with report development
• Analyze internal business reports and trends, collaborating with departmental leadership to review relevant data
• Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders, facilitating communication between pharmacy, finance, and IT teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
• A minimum of four years of directly related and progressively responsible experience
• Previous experience in pharmacy finance, health system finance, and/or 340B is highly desirable
• Strong familiarity with outpatient/retail pharmacy applications and standard reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
