Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Scheduling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and internal departments
• Schedule appointments and outpatient procedures for over 300 providers across 1,500+ appointment types
• Utilize the practice management system for registration, scheduling, and documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
• Medical terminology knowledge desired
• Data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Bilingual is preferred
