Outpatient Therapy Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing outpatient division, the full-time remote Outpatient Therapy Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing and attracting top rehabilitation talent for various therapy positions across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding for outpatient rehabilitation roles
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong pipelines of healthcare candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and deliver an outstanding candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting for outpatient rehabilitation positions is required
• Demonstrated success in recruiting various therapy roles including PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, and Hand Therapists
• Proven experience leading full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage and attract passive candidates
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, with a preference for Workable ATS experience
