Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach + Enrollment Specialist with sales experience and bilingual Spanish skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to patients who have expressed an interest in care to explain the services and offerings
• Coordinate cognitive health screening campaigns
• Take the medical history from patients or their caregivers and schedule appointments

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Demonstrated call center experience handling high-volume calls
• Familiarity with Medicare and insurance concepts
• Experience working with the elderly population
• Proven efficiency in patient documentation and technology use
