Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Outreach and Intake.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Outreach and Engagement Leads and Intake Care Manager Leads
Coordinate and lead Outreach and Engagement Care Manager and Intake Care Manager training
Deliver outreach and engagement and intake components of the Collaborative Care Program

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or other behavioral health discipline
Five or more years of experience in the clinical and behavioral health field
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Suite, and Excel
Work experience with EHRs and ability to work with multiple simultaneously
Work experience in a healthcare environment
