Outreach and Partnerships Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance outreach efforts, the contract Outreach and Partnerships Specialist will research and secure guest posts, features, backlinks, and partnerships while working remotely from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Research and vet guest posting, backlink, and feature opportunities that align with the company's messaging
• Write personalized outreach to editors and site owners, pitching angles that resonate with both the outlet's audience and the company's objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with editors and partners to ensure repeat placements and track opportunities, reporting on pipeline and results

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in outreach, digital PR, link building, or guest posting with demonstrable placements
• Strong research instincts and persuasive writing skills that elicit responses
• Able to learn technical subjects to pitch them credibly
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with follow-up and handling rejection
• Experience in B2B or technology content is preferred
