Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager (Outreach Coordination).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop the Outreach Coordinator team for strong daily execution and performance
- Monitor key funnel metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to convert member contacts into scheduled imaging appointments
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an SDR/BDR team lead or in a frontline outbound sales leadership role
- Proven experience managing high-volume outbound activity and driving performance
- Strong coaching and performance management skills
- Comfortable using funnel metrics to improve outcomes
- Highly organized and operationally strong
